Returns Policy for Website Purchases

We guarantee a money back refund if you are not 100% happy with your purchase. Products will need to be returned to the N.Z Hunting Products store from which they were purchased, in their original condition and packaging and with N.Z Hunting Products packing slip. Notification of a return needs to be made to the N.Z Hunting Products store from which it was supplied within 5 days of receipt by you.

Once we have received the goods and ascertained that they and their packaging are still in a condition that they can be resold for full original retail price, you will receive a full refund less any courier and packaging charges. Any courier costs you incur to return product to us will not be refunded unless we have made an error.

If there is any defect in the product on receipt, once opened, then it may be returned to us for exchange or a refund at that time. Please e-mail N.Z Hunting Products we will inform you of what needs to be done to arrange the refund. You must make notification to them within 5 days of receipt.


Pricing Policy

All products are priced in New Zealand dollars (NZD) on our website.

The prices displayed on our website current at the time we accept your purchase order. All prices are subject to change without notification.

Gift Vouchers

N.Z Hunting Products gift vouchers are redeemable for 6 months from the date of purchase. If you buy them to gift to someone, make sure they know when the expiry date is, particularly if you purchase them weeks or months before you gift them.

Please also note that our vouchers cannot be used to purchase firearms, ammunition or Hunting licenses’.

Delivery & Freight Policy

In most circumstances your order will be dispatched from the store to the address you supply us. This means we can keep freight to a minimum and send items has fast as possible. Most courier companies charge based on weight or size, generally what is bigger.

Any bulky or heavy items on our website will generally have a separate freight cost shown.

If you’re ordering more than 1 item and the combined weight (or size equivalent) is more than 25kgs we reserve the right to charge additional freight.

From time to time we might offer freight specials, or even free freight. These offers will also be based on 25kgs.

Rural Deliveries or Saturday Deliveries will incur an additional cost. To arrange a Saturday Delivery you’ll need to Email us on [email protected]

Damaged or non-delivered articles

If your article is damaged upon arrival please notify us at [email protected]  or by phone on 09-401-9122

If your order has not arrived within 4 days of the dispatch date please notify us immediately on [email protected]  or 09-401-9112. There is only a small window of opportunity for us to be able to claim for missing parcels. Failure to notify us in the above time frames may result in no refund.
